September 1791 address to Governor George Clinton regarding perceived violations of the 1784 treaty at Fort Stanwix, especially pertaining to land promised to the Cayuga Nation, by Good Peter on behalf of the chiefs of the Oneida Nation. Manuscript of speech, in the form of a letter addressed to Brother Governor, and signed Chief Good Peter.
