Felt banner, dark blue, with buff lettering reading HAMILTON; framed photograph of cow in the chapel, surrounded by hay, from Burt D. Hawks, class of 1918 (same photo is reproduced in Hamilton Alumni Review, Volume LI [1986], Number 2, p. 22-26). Copies of additional photos from September 1914 to May 1918 (with annotations on a separate sheet) and tuition bills to Burt Hawks dated Sept. 1914 and Feb. 1915. Photos include 2 of "student who was the last one out of final exams. He is on the fountain"; "Chapel Hat Rush"; 2 of "the Gauntlet"; "Champions 1917" (athletes in 1917 shirts); "Boy Pioneers" (marching past Carnegie with a flag); "Nymphs at Play in a College Way" (lounging in front of a fireplace); "Snake Line" (line of students); "Halloween Morning After" (one of the Spanish cannons -- on its original wooden carriage, with a dog (maybe a corgi) on the cannon barrel. Also, Recollections of the Emerson Literary Society booklet by Edward Fitch, 1945, probably collected by Hawks at an alumni event, at which he was active through his 60th reunion in 1978.
