Metal rod, 15", encrusted with rust, recovered from the construction site of the rebuilding of Campus Road. One end has a flat disc at an angle to the rest of the rod -- it may be a lifter, an implement for lifting the plates ("eyes") off the cooktop of a wood stove (see http://theprepperproject.com/how-to-use-a-wood-cook-stove/).
