Carte de visite photograph of 17 members of Sigma Phi at Hamilton College in the early 1860s. Elihu Root, class of 1864, tentatively identified as one of the men. Verso has inscription, "Sig a of Hamilton" (or possibly "Sig - of Hamilton").
