Scrapbook or album: One volume containing photographs, some of which are labeled; signatures; newspaper clippings; negatives and other memorabilia from Claude Henry Thompson's years at Hamilton, 1916-1918. Claude Henry Thompson (1898-1991), a member of DKE, transferred in 1918 from Hamilton to Columbia, from which he received an A.B. in 1920. Thompson's family business was an automobile repair shop, but during World War II and the Korean War, Thompson diversified production, and the business sold grommets. During peacetime, C.H. Thompson Co. Inc. made assorted other products. Claude and Grace Lord Thompson were founding members of St. Paul's Episcopal Mission in San Miguelde Allendre, Mexico, where they spent part of each year.
