Biography
Othniel S. Williams (1813-1880) was born in CT, grew up in Waterville and Clinton, went to Hamilton College, class of 1831; married Delia Avery (daughter of Charles Avery and Delia Strong) in 1843, practiced law and became a judge, receiving an honorary LLD from Hamilton College in 1871.
