Notebook that belonged to Vincent Jones, class of 1928, includes event forms, pamphlets, newspaper articles, programs, photographs, alumni information and biographies, and correspondence with other alumni, including Wallace B. Johnson '15 and George Nesbitt '24, as professor Nesbitt attempted to compile an unofficial history of the English department. Dated 1953-1983; bulk 1977 to 1979. Folder from James Mabie, class of 1966, includes various pamphlets, event schedules, programs, essays (including one on Ralph Waldo Emerson and the Emerson Literary Society), and newspaper article. Dated 1962-1975; bulk 1962 to 1966. Framed photographs of the Utica Daily Press staff, including George Dunham, class of 1879, and William V. Jones, George's brother-in-law and father of Vincent S. Jones, class of 1928; members of Sigma Phi, including William Root Pinckney Bloyer, on the porch of Sigma Phi Place; and the Class of 1906 in graduation caps and gowns, including William Root Pinckney Bloyer, in front of Root Hall.
